Let us help you stand out from the field.

We aim to make it easy for you to get your customised uniforms and team wear.

How long will it take to get my product?

Standard lead time is 4-6 weeks from final artwork approval.

What is your minimum order?

In most cases, we have no minimum quantity.

What is Dye Sublimation?

Sublimation printing is a technique that uses heat sensitive inks, which turn into gas under the influence of heat and combine with a 100% polyester material. It is an almost permanent, high resolution, full colour print. As the dyes are infused into the material at the molecular level, rather than applied on top of the material (such as with screen printing and direct-to-garment printing), the print will not crack - even after multiple washing.

What are the benefits of Dye Sublimation?

It is a digital printing process where there are no minimums!

- Design options are endless and you have no limitations on colour.

- Durable and hard wearing

- Soft handfeel

- Lightweight, breathable and quick drying

How many different colours can I have in a design?

With a sublimated product, you can have as many colours as you wish - all included in the one cost per unit.

We match to Pantone colours. As sublimation is a computer generated print method, we cannot guarantee 100% colour matching to all pantone/CMYK colours, as textures of fabric and dye batches vary. Keep in mind, the colour you see on the computer screen and what you might print on paper may vary from the colour sublimated onto fabric. We can provide you a colour chart that we can match colours to.

Can I have individual names and numbers on a set of uniforms?

Yes.

How do I give you my logo/graphics?

Vector format is required. We prefer .pdf but you can also use .ai, .eps, .cdr.

If you or your designers have any queries don't hesitate to ask. We are here to help make this process as easy as possible for you.

Will I see a sample before mass production?

Yes, you will always see a sample photo for approval.

Will I be able to see a physical sample of my order before putting into mass production?

Yes, this can be arranged to be shipped to you at an extra delivery cost. Please keep in mind that this will add to your production time.

Co-branding

What is co-branding?

As the garment supplier, NRD reserves the right to ‘co-brand” our garments. This means our logo appears on the garment. On a top it might appear as the size label on the bottom front and on the back of the garment. If this doesn’t fit with your design, then we can change it to show our logo in a different position, but we find having the size on the front is a popular and practical application.
